Days flying by.

A quick update on things from the last few days. We looked at two properties. One was less expensive but it a bit more of a fixer upper than we think we want to take on right now. The second was beautiful and move in ready. We asked the realtor a couple of questions to pass to the seller. Someone else had already put in an offer and it was accepted by the seller!

It's not a done deal yet, so we're simply going to wait and see. Plus keep our eyes out for other properties.

Jodi and I joined Planet Rehab and Gary on a trip to a local Ngäbe village to cook a meal. Turns out they had already cooked for us. It was a wonderful experience. Check Jodi ‘s feed for the whole run down.

Welcome to Kirin. We spent several days cleaning, organizing, and purging things from the boat. Shady had her first panga ride and walk around the sailboat. She made some marina dog friends.

Conversational Spanish lesson went well. The national Panama cervesa and margaritas help to loosen the tongue for the double R rolls.

Yesterday we moved out of the inefficient efficency apartment on to Kirin for good. Several trips and much organizing was needed to get the 6 suitcases and contents stowed away.

Today, our friends Christian and Martina, from the Spanish lessons and tree planting trip, took us on a long hike through the jungle on Solarte Island to end up at Hospital point for some wonderful snorkeling.
